The wildlife in Kagga Kamma reserve consists of Hyrax, Black and Blue Wildebeast, Ostriches, Springbok, Rheebuck, Klipspringer, Steenbuck, Duiker, Gemsbok Eland, Zebra, and Baboons. These plains animals are grazing on 36,000 acres of high desert plants. It is a rustic resort about 36 kilometers away from the nearest paved road where visitors are taken on safaris at dusk and night.
